Guest messaging problem

Hi.

I'm a new co-host 😅. I cannot message to guests 🙄. An ''Error'' and ''Something went wrong  with your request. Retry.''

Also I cannot see the conversation-messages between host & guest. 

Yesterday, I contact with Help centre. They answered with mail which I couldn't read from mobile...but solved it ...I think..

I have tried to use another browser but it still no working.

Please some help!! 😓        **Thank you**

Hi @Anastasia283  I hope you are well!

 

unfortunately there seems to be a glitch in the Co-hosting system that Airbnb are already aware of.

 

The system seems to have regular glitches which makes it frustrating for hosts and co-hosts.

 

Perhaps in the short term you can communicate with your host via whatsapp and they can keep you up to date on the communications with guests until the issue is resolved?

Do you know if those Message glitches were sorted out properly that ABB are aware of?

 

 There's still issues with not receiving Text alerts and messages through email alerts here in New Zealand.

 

I wonder, Is it because people have lost jobs or jobs are being carried out from home & no one is undertaking fixing up things in IT like they should be?

 

Some of those text alert systems will be subcontracted out & if people can't do the necessary work in AI/ IT hands on bc of Covid19 then WEF Agenda21 focus on Smart Cities, AI/ IT related jobs & technology will be really screwed up.
