Guest unable to leave a review

Hi my last guests were unable to leave a review on Airbnb for us, she said she tried several times but it wouldn’t let her, so She has contacted me and asked if I can put it on my review page - does anyone know if it’s possible to this?

@Rachel-Anne2  No, it's not possible to edit your own review page. If it's still within the 14-day window, the guest can try submitting the review on a different device - things like this tend to go wrong more often on the mobile app than on a desktop.
