Hey, so my current guest has told me she feels uncomfortable due to some throw-up in the hallway of the apartment, saying that the cabinets were sticky, refrigerators and floors have crumbs, and also because of rodent sticky trap was placed under the sink by the new management. She also stated she hired someone to clean the apartment. I have proof that the apartment was spotless and the new management did a pests inspections. So, I would like some advice on how to properly handle this issue.

@Chè347 I would be interested to know what proof you have of cleanliness as I suspect any videos etc would not show sticky substances.
If you are hosting remotely and have to rely on a management/cleaning company to say they have done their job correctly then you will never really know the truth between the guest and the management company.
