Guests show up with 2 kids under 4 without informing me. 2 guest MAX

Our hosting page states not suitable for children.  Because of cabin size (one bed) and steep stairs.

Can i charge for extra guests?

@David7097 If the listing already has an Extra Guest Fee specified in the pricing settings, you can request payment of that. But if you want to change the booking to reflect an accurate guest count, you may have to temporarily change your occupancy maximum first.

The guests have put you in a bind if you're not confident that you can safely accommodate a group larger than your maximum. You have every right to turn them away, but that would usually mean forfeiting your payout.

The policy is in the link below

If you’re unable to accommodate the larger number of guests, let your guest know that your place isn’t the right fit for their group size, and ask them to cancel their reservation. They’ll be refunded according to your cancellation policy
