Just starting year 2 of running my short term rental.  Goal is to keep 'SuperHost' status while providing guests w/ memorable stays at our place in Lyons, Colorado!

@Rebecca , to continue operating our Airbnb listing with minimal interference from Airbnb AI bugs, inconsistent Airbnb policy and substandard Airbnb customer service. We’ve been lucky so far with the exception of the new “free parking” feature.  This “new” feature removes my listing from searches as we only offer free street parking and only allow parking on the premises during street sweeping day.
