Hello Community 👋

We're already in a brand-new year, and it’s the perfect time to think about what we’d like to accomplish in 2025. What’s on your list?

Maybe you’re aiming to elevate your guest experience, start a renovation project, or finally achieve that perfect work-life balance. No matter how big or small, every goal is a step toward growth.

Share your aspirations with us in the comments - we’d love to hear them!

For me, my goal this year is to bring the most relevant and impactful topics to our conversations, create meaningful discussions, and, with your help, continue building a strong and supportive online community. The community team have got some ideas and plans to make this our best year yet!

I can’t wait to hear about your 2025 goals and dreams.

Wishing you and yours, a very Happy New Year! 🎉

Happy 2025 Rebecca!  This year I want to add another property to our portfolio and add some amenities to our current listings.  I’m spending time honing my revenue management skills too!  Here’s to a great year!

I am a neighbor to an air bnb property.  This community has greatly helped me understand how to coexist with this property.

For 2025 I want to continue to learn more in an effort to achieve an acceptable amount of safety, security and tranquility that I do not feel I need to sell my home at a loss and move.

I’m so glad to connect with others from San Diego and appreciate your honesty. It’s encouraging to hear how this community has helped you navigate the challenges of living near an Airbnb property.

I’m not just a Superhost but also run an Airbnb cleaning company, so I understand both sides of the experience. I’m here to share ideas and support however I can. Like you, I want to see our neighborhoods feel safe and secure, and I’m eager to keep learning how we can work together to make that happen.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to share thoughts or brainstorm ideas—I’m happy to help!

Best,
Maria
