A guest damaged my airbnb totaling $1000.. its been almost a month and airbnb hasn't reimbursed me yet, and I'm currently losing income due to me not being able to rent the place out..
I've contacted airbnb numerous of times, even emailed their higher up executives and no response. So today I sent out my demand letter, and I'll be suing.
Oh wow! Sorry to hear that. A host’s worst nightmare. I’m surprised someone hasn’t given you some feedback, unfortunately I can’t give you an answer since it hasn’t happened to me. I screen all my bookings before they can book which allows me to see any red flags. Let me know your outcome from this mess.
You don't seem to have any listings attached to your profile so not sure which listing you are referring to. I am sorry you haven't heard back from Airbnb but not sure why you can't continue to let your place out. Surely you have made the repairs for the guest damage while waiting for your claim to be sorted out?
