So disturbed & outraged that Airbnb have excluded my dear friend  @susan17 from this community!

Susan is a real. Susan was here from the beginning. She is a SuperHost with most amazing reviews. Reviews of the kind  we only could dream of. Guests all rave about her hospitality. She will arrange a taxi to go buy ANY THING YOU WANT. Guests on a weekend away, want her kind of hosting. 

Susan is my friend. When my apartment was trashed by a party crowd and they threatened to kill me. They caused £12,000 damage. Yes I involved the police. But Susan reached out EVERY DAY to ensure I was ok! She is most amazing asset to this community! She cares about people! She cares even more about hosts! 

I am disgusted that Susan has been excluded. This CC is turning into a police state.

No! Hosts need an outlet to express their frustration. Who are you admins to state a post is ‘negative’!

How dare you exclude a host who supported so many of us!!! Outraged! Absolutely disgusting you could turn against one of the most supportive hosts out there ! Total disgust that you hung @Susan17  out to dry!!!

@Suzanne302 Agree with you 100% .  The post you reference from @Ute42 caused an eye roll from this host and I'm sure a great many others who have no inclination to get involved in this crazy feed.

As a newer poster in the CC, I've always looked for @Susan17 's commentary on a host of topics. Always heartfelt, spirited, in-depth. Possibly controversial, depending on which side of the issue one resides. But where would we ever be without dissenting voices ?  Everyone agreeing all the time ?  That would be bland and uninteresting.  I think the CC would be less for it.   I, for one, will miss her.

Curiosity got to me. What did Susan say that upset the apple cart?   Maybe this... well, her point #3 in particular and maybe also #4.  The likeable Irish firecracker has been banned from posting?  Shame, but I have wondered sometimes why some hosts hang around if they are so unhappy (when there are other options they can freely choose).  I think it's because ppl like Susan do actually care a great deal about the fortunes of the company - the flame burns so hot because the source is in a world of hurt.  Just sayin'.  Hope they restore her posting rights at some point.  Peace, love, health and return bookings to us all.

well, anyone with a 89 IQ can see why she was banned. She is what we call a trouble maker. This should not be treated as a personal rant page, and specifically not one in which you predict a horrible demise of the site hosting your comments.  Thanks, Sharon, for sharing.
