Heating costs if giving accommodation to. Ukrainien family.

Is anyone hosting Ukrainien families?  I wondered what you do re heating?

@Isobel46 if you're donating accommodation, it's generally assumed that this includes the utilities.

If the home has been booked and paid for through a charity, the terms that were stated in your listing would apply. If it didn't explicitly state that heating is an optional feature that costs extra, it wouldn't be appropriate to bill them for it.
