Hello there...

I have a question...

I had a guest at August 20, she booked the room for 1 night 1 person, so when she arrive I saw her she came with another 5 people inside the house and I saw that from the camera,I called her and I talt her this reservation is for one guest and not for 5 people and they left everybody even her after two hours.

yesterday I received an email from the company someone with the name .... report me with safety report and they frieze my account.
I send them email to explained what’s happen and they never called me or answer me. What it’s gonna happen? Anybody knows?

@Konstantinos102  What likely happened is the guest complained to Airbnb about being 'watched' on the cameras. Their standard procedure is to pause your listing, and then investigate. Just another way Airbnb displays it's penchant for sabotaging hosts.

It would be far better for them to simply have a look at your listing, see that you have properly disclosed the presence of cameras, and move on. Hopefully you have saved camera footage of the extra guests to show Airbnb should you need to.

But it doesn't look like they've frozen your listings as they can be viewed. If that changes, it should only be for a day or so. But perhaps they are just dropping the matter after you gave them the info about the incident.

I have the camera inside the living room to watch at the main door thats why I saw her with other 5 people inside. The bad think is my camera keep the videos for two weeks and now I don’t have those videos otherwise I’ll send to them .

thank you for your help... I hope they gonna open my listings again
