What's going on with airbnb support??

I'm a superhost in LA.  my home sharing registration expired.  I immediately re-registered with City planning.  then, airbnb's 'nights booked' counters went berserk and it's saying that I have 300+ nights booked out of 120. wtf?!  clearly something is wrong with their system.  BUT NO ONE WILL HELP ME.  I've been asking for a resolution (daily) for 2-3 weeks now.  meanwhile, my listings are deactivated. 

did airbnb fire their entire support staff?  all I get is automated fluff messages.  what am I supposed to do?

my listings have been deactivated since July.  I call support every day and no one will help me.

I'm in a similar nightmare situation.  I've called Air Bnb every day and gotten no help.  The city of LA planning office does not answer calls or emails, and their voicemail is full.  I am in full compliance and have paid for my 60 day extension and have been APPROVED but my calendar is still blocked!  Any ideas?
