[Help] Host won’t fix air-con and window can’t be opened

Please help, community. I’m in Porto for 6 nights In my tiny bedroom, the air-con is leaking. The host (a company) has been informed but has been pushing fixing it. The only window in the room can’t really be opened while I sleep because it’s right next to the road on the ground floor. I can’t sleep at all and can barely breathe. What do I do? I have 4 nights left and have barely been sleeping the last 2 nights!

If air conditioning is a listed amenity and it is not working and the host is not fixing it, contact Air BNB, terminate your stay and go to another place.  You can be refunded for the days you did not stay.  Be sure to advise the host of the situation using the Air BNB message system.  Good luck!

@Cecilia837 Indeed you must act now. If you finish your stay there is little that can/should be done other than leave a poor review.
