Help - Resolution Center isn't working to resolve my claim

I'm a guest and I need the legal department as the resolution center didn't resolve my claim. This is NOT A relaxing Niagara Falls vacation home and I want my money back.

@Brandy106  As others have pointed out, extortion contravenes Airbnb policy. However, you need some proof of that, like the host saying it in a message. Simply accusing another person of something without proof doesn't fly. And you say the place has good reviews, but claim that's because the host extorts his guests. How do you know he did this with past  guests? It sounds like an assumption on your part.

Not providing a link to the listing here means that none of us can check how the listing is advertised, but I don't see the point of your photograph of the outside of the house. It looks like a normal house to me, not some derelict building with junked cars and garbage in the yard, nor do I understand what the outside of the house has to do with not having a relaxing vacation.

Perhaps you had unreasonable expectations that a "vacation home" would look like some luxury villa? If so, that is not the case. A vacation home simply means a place travelers can book when they go on vacation. It could be a rustic one bedroom cabin in the boonies, or a 6 bedroom, 7 bath villa with a pool and a hot tub.

What matters is that it is represented accurately in the listing ad and photos, not that it didn't live up to a guest's fantasies.

@Brandy106 I don't think the forum works like this. The moderators job is to moderate NOT remove a thread just because a poster wants their post removed because they have been satisfied elsewhere.

Oh and I should have said - The outside picture looks fine to me.
