@Blade3 For reasons unknown to me, Dubai is one location that has a wildly disproportionate share of scam listings. So I can't really recommend booking an unreviewed property there. The listing itself is a genuine Airbnb listing, so you'd eventually get a refund if it turned out to be fake, but that could be an arduous and expensive process.
The host looks like a typical social media swindler, but I guess you have a backdoor to DM him if you want to see what his deal is. https://www.instagram.com/jaygushin/?hl=en
Personally, I wouldn't touch this with a 10-foot pole.
No reason in my opinion to suspect this listing is a scam, despite the lower price. The host is likely just trying to get established with his first bookings. Anyway, for a little more reliability you could check out my place in the tower seen out the window of his listing: https://airbnb.com/h/dubai-marina-views
contact the host and chat with him, that should help you out a bit. There's one part of the listing that has some dodgy English, that's the only red flag.
