Help me to contact Airbnb on rental problems this past summer!!!!! How do you deal with this?

Dear Community,

I m wondering if you could help me in contacting the Airbnb helph center by voice.

I have a propriety in Sicilia that I rent twice through Airbnb this past August 2020.

One of the rental transformed our propriety in a judge night club 3 times in a week.....but I never got Airbnb to contact us ....not even ones.

It s about 4 month that we try to contact our Airbnb service and no one is answering us.

We went through our help center and our case is still pending(????).

How do you do that?

What are your experiences this past summer? 

Please don't hesitate to give us any advise about......we really dont know what to do.

Dear  Helen, I am on Airbnb since 2014.....do you think I may not know how to contact them?

Problem is that there isn't any help service 24/24 since few months......this is the situation. Did you had any chance to have them by voice conversation in England?

How was I meant to know that meant you actually already knew how to contact them ‘by voice’ but wanted something else. 

Many long established hosts come on here asking for ways of contacting Airbnb.
