Help new email

I can't access my new account..only my old with my old house and room.. when I put in my new email to check and respond toessages it asks for a pin which I put in and then it keeps saying retry and reverting to old account..

 

I'm.not able to respond to people wanting the room !   Frustrating

 

How do I delete old profile ?

it is not allowed to own more then 1 account.

You first need to deactivate your old account:

But why create a new account ?

You can deactivate an old listing and setup a new one. also change email address, etc..

 

Same email address or phone number can not be connected to more then 1 acount.

I have created a new one though with a new listing and received message ..  it's a bit confusing.. I have two different profile photos.. the one above is my new one.. but I can't access message's
