I have received and email from Airbnb and trying to reply through the email but my emails are not sending how can I respond to their emails?

From Airbnb, about Airbnb, or with information about a booking, and you are trying to answer to a guest?

@Ay3  Many of the emails you receive through Airbnb are simply notifications that you have a message in your Airbnb inbox. They may have the first few lines of the text in the email or the entire message, if it's short, but the email can't be replied to, it is simply a notification. If you go to your hosting account, you should see the message under "messages" or in your Inbox and can then reply to it through the site.
