Host Standards violations

Host Standards violations

After hosting a beachfront rental for 3 years with no problems, we received an email from ABB that we violated 3 standards in the past year. If we didn't understand there was a problem,  how are we going to resolve it a year later? An anonymous submission of an unconfirmed problem is impossible to resolve. Anyone experienced this, and if so, how did it affect your listing and booking success?

@Mary4351 "An anonymous submission of an unconfirmed problem is impossible to resolve" Exactly! Classic Airbnb. Your post reminds of this one:

I am having the exact problem.  Air b n b  has pulled my listing even though the city as approved it.  They are now as of yesterday  making me take pictures of the second shower stall.  The guest went in and pulled up the flooring that was in the shower.  The also stuck duct tape on one of the plexiglass storm windows in the bedroom.    It goes on  with other issues.  Air b n b  is giving me 72 hours to fix the issue that they refuse to give me any pictures or tell me what the issue is.  I generally receive 4 and 5 star reviews on this listing and have worked very hard to make it nice.  They also insist that I  show a receipt of the work  to be done by a contractor.  I told that that I am a licensed contractor and I do all of my own work.  This is total bullying.

Yes, I just made my own post about this. Airbnb does not support its hosts like it used to. Hopefully they will cancel or revise some of these ill though policies. @Mary4351
