Host did not answer

Host did not answer

I reserve my airbnb by today which is 25 jan 2020. However there is no instruction to get in the house. Host also did not answer call , and message here

sorry to hear you are having difficulty.

You should call airbnb customer support 

you can do this by followign the links on your booking.

I have done a google search and apparently this is the toll free number  1-855-424-7262

Thank you very much. 🙂 i just need my money to refund. I call the host, she said that he dint approved my reservation but yet under my queue it said it is. So all i asked for the host to refund my book. Now just waiting for that process

@Muhamad-Safwan0  what days are u checking in ? do u have any time difference with the host?

No, we are in the same time zone. Apparently the owner said she never approved my book, but still its running on my calendar saying its booked. Probably system error? I dont know

Please call Airbnb to check if it is showing as a confirmed booking at your end, then they should enable you to transfer your booking credit to another listing @Muhamad-Safwan0 

 

Unless of course the original host has space.
