Hi @Tino394

Welcome to the community 😊

You have two listings, both descriptions are correct, but the title and pricing are incorrectly in the second listing,

  1. Cardiff Double Room 2 and lounge with parking  ( accurate )
  2. Cardiff Double Room 1 and lounge with parking  ( inaccurate )

A double room is for two people, and the price should be for two-person.

Doube room should be the same price as the single. In particular fact, a double room means can sleep two.

The second listing of the title a double room, but the price is incorrect when the guest adds to two-person.

Indeed, your need to maximize to one person as identical to the other listing, and update both tags of listings too,

“ Cardiff Private Room 1  SleepTwo and lounge with parking.”

“ Cardiff Private Room 2. SleepTwo and lounge with parking”

Although your review is excellent.Yet,a guest has a private message to Airbnb claim your listing is inaccurate and violated the housing standard.

Happy Hosting✌️
