I'm located in Santa Monica, California. I have a 2 bedroom and Airbnb my 2nd room in a shared space. I received an email back in October from the City of Santa Monica about their new changes. Today, I received an email from Airbnb notifying me of the new changes again and that I need to be compliant.
I'm hoping to connect with other hosts from Santa Monica as I have some questions about the new rules and regulations and would like some help in deciphering all the changes.
Especially the one about needing to be ADA/ disable compliant. I live in an old building on the 2nd floor. And the only access is up the stairs, No elevators. Nothing in this building is ADA/ disable compliant.
