How are you using social media to promote your rental property?

A recent article on the AIRBNB site suggested that facebook, twitter, and other social media venues provided additional ways to market a vacation rental.  Is anyone doing that?  If so, how did you get started using these types of media?

I'm not, but I would like to share photos (and mine are taken by an Airbnb photographer) of my listings on Instagram. I don't know why Airbnb has enabled direct sharing to Facebook, Twitter and a number of other Apps, but not Instagram (which is owned by Facebook anyway), which is obviously huge now. 

Of course, I could just copy the photos, but as far as I am aware the copyright belongs to Airbnb. So, by not including Instagram, do we not have permission to post there, or is it just that Airbnb is not that up to date in terms of social media, which would seem very odd for a tech company.
