Menu "listing details" - section "property and rooms" - edit "rooms and spaces" - choose "bedroom"  (or other room  where a bed is located) - edit "sleeping arrangements".

 

BTW if you enter "number of beds" in search field of the HELP system, you will find:

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1224/add-sleeping-arrangements-to-your-listing
