How to add a photo of a co-host to the profile

Hi,  could anybody advise me how to add a photo to the co-host profile.

Every profile has an option to add a photo by clicking on the "update foto" or "add photo"  text-link underneath the photo-area. But you (i noticed you are the co-host of listing owned by Ruth) must be logged in on Airbnb to see this text-link. Your profile is: https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/340932376
