How to make compalint against airbnb in UK?

Hi,

If anybody knows how to make complaint against airbnb in UK, kindly let me know.

 

I faced severe safety issues during my stay but airbnb is not responding to my complaints. Now, they have removed my access to my message center. It is showing access denied when I am trying to see my messages.

It's not clear from your many posts on this discussion thread what the safety issues actually were. Why not start again.

 

1. What safety issues did you encounter in the listing

2. What did the host say when you raised safety issues with them

3. What did Airbnb say when the host didn't address your issues.

@Arnab-Kumar0 if you stayed to the end of your booking you cannot now request a refund. It would be akin to eating a restaurant meal and then saying you didn't like it so want your money back.

That is completely wrong. I complained during my stay. You should not write comments when you don't have anything to say. Just because you are a host, you don't have to say bad things when a guest writes something in this forum. I didn't know that this forum is only for hosts.

@Arnab-Kumar0 this forum is for hosts and guests. Good luck trying to get a refund for a service (albeit flawed) that was delivered to you. If you really think you will win then take Airbnb to the small claims court. It is an easy process and all online but I fear you will waste your money

We are here to facilitate host to host (and guest) conversation and provide a space that encourages uncensored discussion about what is important to Airbnb Hosts, whilst keeping it respectful and constructive. 

 

Please keep in mind that the advice you've received comes from Hosts, who come with a vast wealth of knowledge through their Hosting experience, but who aren't Airbnb staff and therefore aren't able to resolve this specific type of issue that you're experiencing.  They can however give you the benefit of their varied experience.

 

Wherever possible, the online community management team do try to elevate any questions and issues internally, whilst also trying to get more information where possible.  With that in mind, I can give Support a nudge to try and find out what's going on with your query.

If I receive a response from Support about your concerns, I'll let you know, otherwise I'd expect them to contact you directly.
