How to switch my listing to long term

Does anyone know if Airbnb last long term listing potential?  I’d like to change my current listing to long term.  I’m new at this and zoning restrictions are prohibiting rentals <30 days.

You can set the minimum stay to 30 nights (or higher).

Please note you must set a monthly discount also, otherwise you will not appear in the searches for long term. Also long term stays have a special cancellation policy, overruling your set cancellation policy.
