I can not re-list my listing by unknow reason even the airbnb does not know and could not help

I unlisted my listing during the COVID 19 and currently I wish to list my listing again, then the system shows "Your listing cannot be published at this time. Please contact customer support for more information."

I contacted an airbnb case manager, after long time waiting, they told me 

 

"Sorry for the long waiting. WE have tried to complete the process on your behalf, but our system indicated that Listing is involved in an open case that is currently on progress."

" I am sorry but I don't have the details you're looking to know "
 
I asked: 
"so I can not publish my listing because of that case that I do not know...?"
Airbnb says "Correct"

So now I am stuck here because of an unknown case, and Airbnb has no idea of it.

I can only imagine how frustrating this would be!

 

I don't know if it is possible, but could you create a new listing until Airbnb can get the old one sorted out? You won't have your reviews but at least you will be able to rent your place.

I couldn't find your listing in your profile.

Your case may still be under investigation by the case manager. You could contact the Airbnb Support Help Center, live chat, or message the team to reminds them to acknowledge the case manager to contact you urgently. You can send them messages frequently to remind them. Meanwhile, do keep your telephone beside you and often check your email.


Do you remember if that incident happened with the guest?
