I can't respond to inquiry

I have inquiries but when I hit the accept/decline button and go to the airbnb site I can't find the inquiry or message

@Deborah932 When this has happened to me in the past it was because the profile used to make the inquiry has been deactivated. Sometimes if the message or profile is flagged as spam Airbnb will remove it completely and the message thread will disappear.
