I hope to co-host for my uncle, does he have to provide his property deed?

I'm hoping to co-host. or act as property manager for my uncle at Summersdale, Castries, Saint Lucia. Does he have to produce his deed?

@Alexis339   Airbnb will not require the deed, but as hosts you'll be responsible for making sure the property meets all the local regulations for short-term rentals, including any permits and/or tourist taxes that need to be filed.
