First of all I’d like to say where’s my award😂 JK... a big thanks to Air BNB for making me an elite host. I’ve been talking about this for years, transforming my rentals into Air Bnbs... I recently had my first open in late December and I’m getting solid bookings. I had it built from the ground up specificity to where I knew it would rent catching the public’s eye! I’m about to launch my second here by late June as I’m starting to remodel one of my rentals that’s going to be 100 years old in a few years... again thanks Air BNB !

@George1460  Congratulations, but what is an "elite host"? I've never heard of this distinction, after 10 years with Airbnb - is that a new thing?
