superhost status

Can anyone help me with this?

I lost my superhost status because I did not meet the minimum of 10 trips.

My airb is just as booked but with the pandemic I opted to do long term only.

I have a 5 star ratings and 100% response rating. In addition to this, the airb message aaid that because of the pandemic they were all considering overall ratings and response ratings since they rest were not under our control. Ok... so why they still penalized me?

@Annelise14 If you already were a superhost, it sounds like a glitch. Did you message customer service and what did they say?

If you were not already a superhost it is perhaps a frustrating outcome of the pandemic rules.

@Annelise14 what is your star rating for the last 12 months? Overall it appears to be 4.79 but I suspect it is lower for the last 12 months hence you losing your Superhost status. Lack of stays is irrelevant this time around as it has been waived.
