@Denise1112 A user, host or guest, can ask that their review be removed entirely.
However, that's a really nasty move, to withdraw her review because you didn't leave her 5*s. I would contact Airbnb to report her behavior. It sort of negates the point of blind reviews, if the other party simply reneges on what they said and the rating they gave in retaliation for not getting a review they liked.
I actually received an email from Airbnb telling me she did it, like no big deal. I have a lot of 5 stars but I agree with you. It negates everything!!! I already; sent an email to the airbnb person who removed it.
@Denise1112 The most you can hope for is to ask the CS rep to please pass it on their supervisor. And maybe post it on their Twitter account. You always have to go through their clueless CS robots.
