I need help from a computer expert please

Actually I suspect I don't need an expert - Just someone better at computers than I am.

My problem is that when I open Airbnb (travelling) the format doesn't load properly and it is unintelligible. On the hosting dashboard the multi calendar is all screwed up and, more importantly, I can't send messages to the guests as there is no message box.

I have called support and they tell me there is no issue with the website.

All ideas of what to try appreciated. I have switched off and switched on the computer again but that is pretty much the limit of my capability. I am running Safari on a Mac.

Can you post some screenshots? And also, if you have the firmware version and any extensions on Safari.
