I need to talk to a real person

I have been two hours trying to talk to someone about my problems.

The bot keeps telling me that they are giving me a telephone number to ring but then no telephone number appears.

Good luck. I had a security concern with a host safety issue. CS promised someone would contact me. Two days later I’m still waiting.
