This my be a little confusing but I'll do the best I can. I had a potential guest ask a question about one of my listings. Before I could answer she asked another question about a separate listing. Then sent a reservation request. Then retracted the request. Then sent a new reservation request to a separate listing. I was finally able to respond to her questions and accept her request. And she eventually retracted that request after learning about how she needed to pay upfront to reserve her booking. She is new and I don't blame her or have anything bad to say about her, she is just learning the platform.
But now I still have a notification that says I still have 4 hours to respond to her question. When I click on it, it takes me to the reservation details where she withdrew her request. Will this hurt my 100% response rate?
