I want my guest to terminate my property

Hi,

I have a problem with my guest.

I live in UK and the property I rent is in Bulgaria, Black Sea.

A lady booked the apartment for two months but after 20 days I have received very disturbing information.

She made from my apartment a place where she takes all rubbish taken from the area.

I am not sure what options I have.

Moreover she says everyone that the apartment its her own property.

Can I come to Bulgaria and ask police for taking her out?

I would appreciate any tips in that matter.

@Beata5 I would try and contact a company of bailiffs in Bulgaria as they will know what your options are.
