ISO Live-in Co-host position

Hello Hosts,

Are you looking to offload some of your hosting tasks temporarily? Maybe you'd like to take a trip but feel tethered to your rental baby.

I am a single woman looking for an opportunity to move around for a bit and would love to take those responsibilities off your hands. I am highly qualified for this type of work.

I helped manage my previous partner's air bnbs (approving reservations, responding to guests, late night repairs, cleaning, and photos). I also clean vacation rentals professionally for a local family owned business (https://www.ashevillecottages.com) for the past two years. And, I am an interiors photographer for Air BnB and freelancing.

I am very friendly, clean, detail-oriented, and hold a deep respect for building and maintaining relationships within my work life and beyond. If you check any of my references you will hear just that.

I am looking for a live-in situation that will allow me to bring my dogs (two, older and very well behaved and friendly pups). I am open to a flexible timeline, but thinking nothing shorter than a month. I do not require any pay, only lodging with utilities and internet.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in exploring, please reach out.

Thanks!

Cindy

Just adding to my original post, I am now specifically looking in the PNW area (Portland/Seattle) and I can be available as early as March 2021.

If anyone has suggestions for specific thread I should post in, please feel free to share! Thank you!

Hi @Cindy870

it's actually against the terms of this community forum to use it to advertise for commercials opportunities such as co-hosting.

perhaps contact a local host group for your area and ask if you can post there .

Hi @Helen3 ,

thank you for the info, I was wondering what the rules were. Can you possibly offer assistance and how I go about in contacting a local group post? Also are you aware of any way to offer cohosting availability directly through Airbnb?

Thank you!

In your position I would do Google searches and look on FB. @Cindy870

if you want to run a co-hosting business set up a FB page and website and invest in some targeted social media and Google ads.

Do include reviews from previous clients and links to listings you have been been involved with.

You need to answer the question - why you - why should clients choose you rather than one of your competitors .

Airbnb don't offer a service for commercial services such as co-hosts to promote their services.
