Illegal Rental house in San Jose by tenant

Hello,

 

We have a property in San Jose that with lease agreement disallowing any sublet or rental on Airbnb but our tenant has been renting our property on Airbnb.

Airbnb, please advise. We need your help to disallow such rental on my property. What is the process to take off the illegal rental?

@Ingrid759 the best way to deal with this is to evict your tenant for breaching the terms of their lease.
