There are a lot of flowers blooming in the garden at home.

When I come back my home, I am able to see a beautiful colour of plants such as rose, pansy, fringed pink (looks like a carnation) and so on.

What kind of flowers do you prefer? 💐🌹

I like anemone do I think because it looks nice gradation and give me a passion for me.

In Japan, You can enjoy the cherry blossoms from March to April.🌸

@Minako10  thank you for your pictures of the flowers and blossoms. We visited Japan in 2019 in May and the Azaleas bring out colour in the the open spaces and parks around the cities. I think flowers and garden are good for ones wellbeing and appreciation of our envirinment and what is growing around us. @Robin4 I think recycling the cot as a leaf mulch holder is great as their can be many leaves at this time of year our Autum downunder. I thought I would give you a posy of flowers from my garden.20220506_090112.jpg

Or a small crystal (glass) ball, I made for the garden recycles from an old light shade. So that we can all look into the future for our Airbnb's.

Or I thought this one could for you @Sybe  as we never know where or what direction we will travel to next on this page. 🤔

Thank you for your replying for me @Laurelle3 .

Great!

I also agree to your opinion about it.

I believe that the flower get me a power when I was knackered.

And then, your small crystal ball is beautiful!💎

I want to purchase it immediately if it sell out in the shop.

Thanks

Minako

@Minako10 I made this ball from a recycled light shade and stuck round blue and clear glass discs into the shade. The disks were bought at a discount stall and stuck on with waterproof tough glue. Minako you can make one of these for your garden. The light shade you could possible buy at a second hand shop or a garage sale or street stall.

Thank you for your advising for me @Laurelle3 .

I will try to make my original crystal ball if I have a spend time.

Brilliant @Laurelle3 !!!

May the light shine upon us all in good times and fun times ahead

@Sybe  The White and Yellow Canna Lily is delightful and was planted in many a garden in remembrance of loved ones.

We have a street named Lillington Road in Remuera, Auckland that has many White Canna Lilies in it.

I sometimes wonder if it was named because of it.

I must look up that history.

There's so many lessons for all to learn the significance of why Botanicals and trees are planted where they are.

@Minako10 , Have you looked up the names of your streets to establish links to Botanists and other Floral history before you?

There's always a story behind street names and locations that are good to learn from and educate others about.

Thank you for your replying for me @Helen427 .

I also have ever been to New Zealand in Aukland in 2019.

Unfortunately, I did not visit to this street because it was first destination

for me.

I went to Waiheke Island by ferry. It was beautiful ocean and

I could be relax in it with walking around.

I would like to stop by Lillington Road in Remuera when I take a chance to go to

New Zealand again.

Thanks

@Helen427 in my hometown and lots of other cities in the Netherlands we have some neighbourhoods where all street names are in the same theme, e.g. trees ("Oakstreet/Eikstraat" or "Cottonwood Street/Populierstraat") or famous composers ("L.v. Beethovenlaan" or "J.S. Bachlaan"). It'd be interesting to find out why!
