Inoculation requirements

My guests are asked to be fully vaccinated before booking.  However a guest who is coming in 7 days time has NOT confirmed his status, although I have now messaged him twice for him to confirm this.  As a last resort I have messaged him to say that I will have to cancel his stay if he does not reply.  What else can I do?  For own and other guests safety this, to me, is a priority.  Your help. advice or suggestions would be truly appreciated.

Try to get hold of him by phone or email. A lot of guests installed the app without turning notifications on.

 

In the future, you might want to confirm hard-and-fast requirements before accepting your bookings.
