Insurance nightmare has begun

Has anyone here gotten non renewal letter from Cbiz regarding the insurance carrier Western World  pulling out of the short term rental market?  It took me 2 months and some serious teeth pulling (including calling a Cbiz exec) to finally get a new quote  less than 2 weeks from the end of my current policy.  The new quote???   110% more than  my current that is not going to be renewed....I have never seen anything like this.   Same coverage, same property.   No claims here or EVER....am stunned....my annual revenue can hardly justify an increase like that....
