Is Airbnb flagging my requests?

Hi! 

I was helping my mom make a reservation for an Airbnb in Barcelona, as she isn't the most tech-friendly person, we usually share access to her accounts and I help her a lot when she has problems or doesn't understand something. So, I was trying to help her make a reservation, she decides on an Airbnb place and I send the request and the message with her account. So far we tried with 3 different places and none of them have replied. I wonder if maybe it's because I'm the one sending the reservation request (from my computer in another place of the world) and not actually her, and maybe Airbnb flags these requests as suspicious?

A Host is obliged to act on a booking request by declining or accepting it within 24 hours. If the host supports "Instant Book" a booking request is (if meeting certain conditions) automatically accepted .

A guest can make a booking request anywhere in the world, so it is not likely Airbnb "flags" your booking request because of the location it is sent from.

But it is indeed strange no reply at all is received, but can be co-incidence all 3 hosts let the booking request expire. Maybe sent an inquiry ("contact host" on the listing)  and ask the host why not responding ?
