I've only had a very quick look but I can't see anything to suggest that it is not a real listing.
What makes you concerned that it might be fake?
Is it a lack of reveiws?
All hosts have to be a beginner once!
So long as you search, book and pay through the aribnb website, you can be reasonably sure that all listings are genuine.
Of course that does not ensure against an unreasonable or unfair host, but most hosts are professional and keen to do the right thing. If there is ever any kind of problem you should always contact airbnb Cusotmer service who are usually very much on the guests side.
So long as you read the listing and the house rules carefully and stick to them everything should be fine.
However, it would not be a bad idea to message the host first and a a have a bit of a chat prior to booking to allay your fears a little.
OR you could select a listing with reviews so you feel a little surer of what you are getting based on other customers experiences.
New hosts are usually very accommodating and very keen to do the right thing. they may make a few elementary errors, but then again you are probably getting the listing at a much cheaper rate than others in the area ( new listings are usually cheaper) so you need to weigh up what is most important to you.
Regardless, before booking it is a good idea to look at a number of listings in the area to get a feel for what's available, price etc. You can often get a great idea from the description as to whether you are going to "connect" with a particular accommodation and host
Good luck!
