Issue with guest. Being bribed for a 5 star

I would like some feedback on how to handle this situation. From the beginning I had a feeling she is trying to search for a refund due to her parents not able to come to to covid and to respect 1 family covid bubble. Here is out conversations all by text message. Found it weird she switched from airbnb  to text message. Please note this happened during our biggest storm of the year.

Thank you for your responses in advance.

I agree with Colleen, snow should be expected.  I leave shovels by all of my doors and a notes inside  explaining how to use and I mention in my welcome note that we may or may not be able to shovel but they are welcome to,  everyone has been able to understand that we don't control the weather.  I have grills outside, no one has used during a snowstorm.  Most people enjoy the snow using show shoes, sleds, skis, etc otherwise they wouldn't be visiting in the winter.  I don't have a solution , but I definitely know, I would not want to host that guest. So sorry you had to deal with that, you have patience.

It's not weird- she knew that extorting you for a good review was a no-no, so did it off-platform so it wouldn't visible to Airbnb. There's some pretty savvy guests out there, just like long-term lease renters who know the landlord/tenant laws inside out.
