Issues with Guesty & August

Hello everybody!

 

We have 2 Smart locks linked to the same address (both are August connected Yale Assure locks). We are having an issue when the codes are generated by our reservation management platform Guesty. It seems that Guesty can only generate the code for one of the locks but when trying to generate the same code for the second lock, it thinks the code is already created and bugs out.

 

Does or has anybody had any issue similar for those who use Guesty & either August/Yale Assure locks? I've tried to look and see if anybody has the same issues with no luck!
