hi my name is Pam and I live in Alamo California. I’ve been a host on Airbnb for more than 10 years and I’m a super host in Kauai where my two properties are located. Looking forward to hearing from everyone from all over the world, I was raised in Hollywood California and moved with my husband and family to Northern California where we live but we spend a lot of time in Poipu Beach Kauai. Great to be here thank you . I love cooking and my little schipperke dog that I take walking every day and reading are my passions plus my family and grandkids. I have nine.

We bought a condo 25 yrs ago and rented thru other companies but charges were high and I wanted more pictures on my site which cost more money.   
i found airbnb to be up and coming and new ideas and loads of photos allowed!  
The rates were better and away we went and right off we were booked more often…

I loved the calendar and ease of using it…
we use our condo frequently and able to block dates for us and our family and friends…

I would suggest to new hosts to have great pictures and lower rates to keep your place filled!  
I check nearby rates and keep them right under.

Always check in with new arrivals and say goodbye evening before departure to find out time of departure.  This helps your cleaning staff!
