Have your own instructions or screen shots saved. Send them through the Airbnb message board a few days out if guests are travelling. Rely on your own devices, and take the control. Avoids any glitches that may have you thinking Airbnb have sent it.
If guests are from another country, I always recommend they save the images/instructions as photos, if they might not have the appropriate date or SIM card to access them at the airport. This makes the instructions fail proof.
