Is there anyone actually reading the messages in the support centre???

I can't speak to anyone on the phone because they redirect you to the online help centre in order for you to send them a message.

We have an urgent need to resolve a recent reservation where we had to evict the guests. They caused a lot of problems and the police were called twice. They created a lot of damage and stole items. I sent photographic evidence along with invoices but as yet have had no result nor any information regarding our claim for these damages. This was on 17th August. 

Are any other hosts having issues with Airbnb contacting them?

I'm beyond disgusted.
