Lack of insightful information

Just wanted to vent and see if any other hosts are frustrated by the lack of insightful data on the dashboard.

I wrote to Airbnb to tell them that the following data points are wrong on my dashboard:

- July number of nights booked is correct at 29 but I am showing 3 unbooked nights, making July have 32 days 🤔

- July occ rate is incorrect
- Aug nights booked & occ rates are incorrect
- Aug expected earning incorrect
but Sept looks ok for now & I have no bookings past then

This is their response :

Upon further investigation, we've found out that this is a known bug here in Airbnb and our engineers are already working to fix it. Hopefully, it won’t take too long to resolve it.

So it seems that they acknowledge that most of the data points are incorrect.  I am baffled how they can fob us off which such a poor dashboard.  I am assuming that seasoned hosts have an alternative system running or just ignore the data?

@Nicky200 our dashboard no longer has any information in it! I think that is better than wrong information.
