Last minute Cancellation VT
I’ve been a host for about 3 years and enjoyed it very much. I currently have a guest scheduled for arrival this weekend. She booked exactly one month ago, she will be visiting from another state. At the time of booking her quarantine parameters were the same as they are now. Approximately 6 days after she booked, the state shifted slightly, I sent her the new information and she thanked me. Two days ago she asked me if I still required the quarantine paperwork, I told her yes and told her again where to find both the paperwork and the state information.
This morning she asked to cancel with a full refund due to changes in the quarantine requirements, again, two days before arrival. My home is a ski rental, we had a large rain storm last night, so no snow, I have a strict cancellation policy.
I am not sure what to do. The restrictions that would effect her have been the same all along. Suggestions are welcome.

See link above for details on what is and is not covered under Airbnb policy and other information so you are informed, @Cathy836 . The guest would be held to your standard cancellation policy if she cancels.

@Cathy836 I would let this guest know that she can cancel and your cancelation policy will apply. If you rebook the dates you would be happy to refund her.
